Shipping

All of our products are shipped USPS. We do offer faster shipping methods, but these will be handled in a case by case basis. Soapier now charges a $1.00 handling fee on all orders. Due to the limitations of our shopping cart, international orders are difficult to gauge correctly. Therefore, depending on the weight and location of the international shipment, Soapier will contact customers and let them know the actual shipping cost of their order, if there is a true change in their shipping price. Soapier is not trying to make money on shipping.

Orders are generally shipped 1-2 weeks after the order is placed. Customers will be contacted if there is an abnormal delay in their order. During the holidays, you might experience a slightly longer delay in your shippment. We try very hard to get everyone's soap to them on time!

Refund Policy

Soapier is dedicated to its customers. We have a money back guarantee on all damaged in-transit product. Please contact us and we will help out in any way we can. Customer must pay for the return of damaged product.
