Shipping

All of our products are shipped UPS ground in the US. Since our soaps are hand made, we occassionally run out of specific bars. Not to worry! This just means your shipment might be delayed a day or two. We do offer faster shipping methods, but these will be handled in a case by case basis. We offer flat shipping rates. Inside the continental US, our shipping prices are as follows:

.01 - $10.00 - $4.00 shipping
10.01 - $30.00 - $6.00 shipping
$30.01 - $50.00 - $8.00 shipping
$50.01 or more - $10.00 shipping

International shipping will be sent via USPS, air parcel, and will be calculated thus:

.01 - $30.00 - $15.00 shipping
$30.01 - $60.00 - $20.00 shipping
$60.01 - $100.00 - $25.00 shipping
$100.01 or more - $30 shipping

Orders outside the continental United States (Alaska and Hawaii) are subject to a $5 surcharge for shipping. These prices are subject to change.

Orders are generally shipped 2-3 business days after the order is placed. Customers will be contacted if there is an abnormal delay in their order.

Refund Policy

Soapier is dedicated to its customers. We have a money back guarantee on all damaged in-transit product. Please contact us and we will help out in any way we can. Customer must pay for the return of damaged product.
